Das gut 45m2 großes Apartment mit 1Schlafzimmer befindet sich im 1.OG des Gebäudes und verfügt über einen Balkon. Die Küche ist mit einem Induktions-Kochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher etc., sowie sämtlichen Kochutensilien, ausgestattet. Im großen Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein 1,80x2,00m Boxspringbett. Alle Zimmer besitzen einen Flachbild-TV und WLan ist selbstverständlich vorhanden.
