Fancy atelier apartment in unrenovated flat We are taking over an fancy atelier art space. The previous owners moved out, and before we're starting renovation, we are renting it out. You will be living in a fancy Atelier that used to be and will be a creative space in the future. The whole setup is a bit improvised. The flat is around 56 sqm, the bedroom is 35 sqm. There is a small kitchen and a bathroom. You will have the whole flat at your disposal. There is one big bed, and a sleeping sofa. Bare in mind that the place should be renovated. So it's nice and clean, but also a bit improvised. Please expect a nice and cozy, but not totally shiny space...
