Nice apartment on the ground floor of a small condominium in an interior courtyard consisting of living room with kitchenette, sleeping area with double bed and bathroom with shower. Accommodation is recommended for a person or couple on a budget For bookings with a monthly rate, gas and electricity are payable separately: - the gas and electricity will be counted according to consumption by taking the numbers on arrival and departure (heating is autonomous), an advance payment of 100 euros per month to be paid in cash will be requested at check in The final cleaning does not include the kitchenette and refrigerator that must be left clean, otherwise addictional cost will be withheld from the deposit The ITC ILO centre in Viale Maestri del lavoro and the SAA are within walking distance ( about 1.5 km). The accommodation is in a hospital area ( CTO, Regina Margherita, Samt' Anna and Molinette) which are all within walking distance, as well as the Lingotto. The INGOT metro stop is about 300 metres away, in Via Genova also passes bus 18 that leads to the centre Check-in is guaranteed from 3pm to 7.30pm, a surcharge of €20 is required if you arrive after 7.30pm. Check-out must take place by 11 am. Before departure, guests must leave the kitchen clean, empty and turn off the refrigerator and throw away the trash, if it is not done, a penalty will be withheld from the deposit. In winter, please lower the temperature to 18 degrees to avoid wastage. It is forbidden to smoke (100 euros penalty), have parties and host people outside the number of guests. Please respect the neighborhood by avoiding noise especially in the evening and at night. Failure to comply with these rules will result in additional fees being charged and withheld from the security deposit. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
