The INGOT metro stop is about 300 metres away, in Via Genova also passes bus 18 that leads to the centre Check-in is guaranteed from 3pm to 7.30pm, a surcharge of €20 is required if you arrive after 7.30pm. Check-out must take place by 11 am. Before departure, guests must leave the kitchen clean, empty and turn off the refrigerator and throw away the trash, if it is not done, a penalty of 50 euros will be withheld from the deposit. In winter, please lower the temperature to 18 degrees to avoid wastage. It is forbidden to smoke (100 euros penalty), have parties and host people outside the number of guests. Please respect the neighborhood by avoiding noise especially in the evening and at night.
