4th floor, 35 sqm, living and combined bedroom with fitted kitchen, large bathroom. This apartment will offer you more space than the size itself might make you believe. Just recently remodeled most of the brand new and contemporary furniture is moveable and/or retractable – as the queen size bed is. We used organic and vegan materials throughout the entire apartment. Zero Ikea. Feel at home with an unusually big and fully equipped kitchen and a larger than customary bathroom (including open shower and washer/dryer). The flat is facing a quiet inner courtyard with a lot of daylight but unfortunately has no balcony. Anyhow, “Park am Gleisdreieck” to enjoy some fresh air and sun is close by – just take the elevator down and cross the street! Ideal for one person or couples, extended city or business trip and/or remote working....
