Featuring seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a kitchen, this residence offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable lifestyle. The kitchen comes fully equipped with two fridges including a freezer, a washing machine, and essential utensils like pans and pots. The living room is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and there's a dining area where you can enjoy meals with friends or family. The small rooms are more or less 5m2. CLARIFICATION OF THE RESERVATION PROCESS: the process we follow before confirming a reservation, and to ensure everything is clear for both sides: 1. Second Step: After that, we get in direct contact with the tenant to prepare and sign the rental contract. (Please note: direct contact is only allowed after the reservation is made and not before.)
