Todo el edificio da al exterior, por lo que el apartamento es muy luminoso. Contamos con internet de alta velocidad. Actualmente hay un gato viviendo en el apartamento. El piso está situado a menos de 5 minutos de la parada de Florista, la cual es línea directa para la Universidad de Burjassot (10min), Universidad de Valencia (25min), la Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (35min) y la playa. También se encuentra junto a la parada de Empalme. En frente encontramos el parque Benicalap, el cual cuenta con instalaciones deportivas como una piscina pública, canchas de baloncesto o pistas de tenis entre otras. Se puede acceder a la azotea del edificio que tiene una terraza enorme con vistas al parque. Los gastos mensuales (agua, electricidad, gas, internet) se pagan a parte, siendo 70 euros al mes.
