It accommodates a maximum of 2 guests and is meticulously equipped to ensure a delightful stay in Porto. The contemporary decoration creates a comfortable environment for you to unwind after a day of city exploration, while simultaneously offering you the chance to relish a captivating sunset from the terraces overlooking the sea. The apartment features complimentary Wi-Fi, a plasma TV, closets to keep your clothing organized, and a fully equipped kitchen furnished with all the necessary utensils for your meal preparations. You'll also find a full bathroom complete with a shower, a hairdryer, and amenities. Upon check-in, towels and bed linens will be provided. For guests traveling with infants, there's an option to request a cot for a one-time additional fee of €7.5. Moreover, additional cleaning services and amenities replenishment are available for an extra charge. For stays that exceed one month, the host is responsible for covering utility expenses up to a maximum of €100. Any costs surpassing this limit may become the guest's responsibility. LATE CHECK-IN: The standard check-in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm. However, a late check-in option is available, subject to an additional charge: €20 for check-ins after 8 pm and €40 for check-ins after 11 pm. Late check-in fees should be paid in cash upon arrival. To schedule a check-in time, please get in touch with us no later than one day before your arrival, and provide us with your estimated arrival time. Other Considerations: Two days before your arrival, we will request your ID and the IDs of any other guests in your party. Short-term rentals necessitate the reporting of guest information to the Border Service (SEF), known as the Accommodation Bulletin. Your host is required to inform Portuguese Immigration and SEF of your presence within three days of your arrival.
