The balcony adjacent to the living room allows you to bask in the incredible panorama of Porto. The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, a Plasma TV, and spacious closets to keep your clothing well-organized. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary utensils for preparing your meals. There are also two complete bathrooms with bathtubs, hairdryers, amenities, and a convenient washing machine. Upon your arrival, you'll find towels and bed linens at your disposal. For parking, there is a paid parking facility just 5 minutes away (SABA Ribeira Parking - €50/day). Extra cleaning and restocking of amenities are available for an additional fee. For stays exceeding one month, the host is responsible for covering utility expenses up to a maximum of €100. Any costs exceeding this limit may become the guest's responsibility. Other Considerations: Upon check-in, we will kindly request your identification document. Short-term rentals require the reporting of guest information to the Border Service (SEF), known as the Accommodation Bulletin.
