Fahrradkeller ist vorhanden und auch eine Waschküche, in der eine zur Wohnung gehörige Waschmaschine steht, die nur für Dich zur Benutzung bereit steht. Im Vorgarten kann man sich gern aufhalten und die Sonne genießen. Parkplätze findet man in der Regel gut in dem Viertel....
