Hi, I am renting a large room for 1 person. The room is equipped with a double bed, sofas and a desk. The room is located on Via Filippo Corridoni, 2, 56125, Pisa. In the apartment there are three more single rooms, a kitchen with all conveniences (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), a bathroom. All other rooms are occupied by 3 boys. This is why a male is preferred. The room is ideal for Erasmus students. The apartment is close to grocery stores and bus stops. The train station is almost 750 meters away and airport is almost 1.5 km away. There is a deposit fee of 400 Euros which you receive back at the end of your stay...
