It's located on a quiet and calm street with a bakery downstairs. Within 10 minutes you are in the city centre. The street is lined with trees, providing a refreshing ambiance. In just a 5-minute walk to many nice restaurants, parks, a shopping mall, tram and train station where you can rent bikes, and enjoy free parking on Sunday.
