Thanks to its grand and expansive windows, the apartment is filled with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. For your comfort, the beds are distributed as follows: → Two single beds → A single sofa bed in the living room The fully equipped KITCHEN allows you to prepare delicious meals and feel right at home: → Microwave → Refrigerator → Coffee machine → Oven FAQs → Check-in starts at 3:00 pm and ends at midnight. After midnight, a late check-in fee of €15 will apply. → Check-out ends at 11:00 am. After that time, a late check-out fee will apply. If you check out after 2:00 pm, you will be charged for a full night’s stay. → If you need a baby cot, we can provide one for €39. → The tourist tax in Porto is €2 per night per person, up to 7 nights (already included in the reservation fee). The apartment is located in the Bombarda district, known for its vibrant arts scene. If you love art, this area is perfect for you, with plenty of art galleries nearby. Even the shopping center features jewellery galleries, sculptures, and a bonsai garden. You’re right in the heart of the city, with a peaceful park next door and everything you need just a short distance away. Getting Around If you're taking public transportation, you can take the bus and get off at the Miguel Bombarda station. The apartment is just a 2-minute walk from there. → Bus 602 runs from the airport, and you can get off at Torrinha, which is a 7-10 minute walk from the apartment. → You can also take the metro from the airport and get off at Trindade or Lapa stations. From there, it's a 10-15 minute walk to the apartment. If you're coming from the train station and taking a fast train like the Alfa, it will stop at Campanhã. From there, transfer to a train that stops at São Bento. From São Bento, it's a 20-25 minute walk to the apartment. Alternatively, you can catch the metro at Campanhã with lines that stop at Lapa...

How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
