Du wohnst ruhig und zentral in einem Haus, restauriert und zeitgemäß ausgestattet, mit Küche, WLAN, TV, Stereo-Anlage, Dachterrasse mit enormen Ausblick aufs Meer, die heutige Altstadt sowie die Berge. Das Haus wurde unter Gesichtspunkten von Feng Shui hergerichtet und mutet besonders wohlig an, es werden aktuell bis zu 2 Personen aufgenommen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Empfang mit Schreibtisch, eine Wohnbereich mit großer Couch und offener Küche mit Gasherd. Im ersten Obergeschoss befindet sich die Dusche/WC und ein großer Raum mit einem Bett 160x200cm. Beide Etagen werden über Pelett-Ofen geheizt (Peletts müssten bei Bedarf vom Mieter gekauft und ins Haus gebracht werden), außerdem je nach Bedarf auf Kosten des Mieters die Gasflasche für Warmwasser/Herd ersetzt und ausgetauscht werden.
