💢💢💢💢 🔸Bedroom 4🔸 ✅The minimum stay is 11 months from September to July. ✅The minimum stay can be less if the course has started. ✅July and August minimum stay of 1 month is possible. 🔸Your space. Your studies. And nothing else to worry about. Our rooms are the perfect place to rest after class or after a day of sightseeing in Valencia. Because we have fitted them out to guarantee maximum comfort in a cosy atmosphere. Stylish decoration and high quality finishes. And as rest comes first, all rooms have double beds for single use 🔸Rental conditions Before formalising the rental contract, you must take into account our conditions: Prices includes the weekly cleaning of the communal areas (except August and public holidays) and WIFI. 1- Deposit: to reserve the room you must pay one month's deposit. We will return it to you at the end of the stay (deducting only justified expenses). 2- Bills deposit. It is 200€. We will use it to cover the electricity, water and gas bills, but you will not have to pay it until the keys are handed over. Each time we receive a bill for these expenses, we will deduct the corresponding amount from your deposit. For example, if you receive an electricity bill of 40 € and the house has 4 rooms, we will deduct 10 € per room. At the end of your stay, we will return the remaining balance of the deposit together with the security deposit. If the deposit is used up before the end of the stay, it will need to be replaced. 3- Return of the deposit: We will make a deposit within a maximum of 1 month after you leave the room. Within this period the last bills for electricity, water and gas will arrive and we will deduct them from the deposit (if there is a balance in your favour) or directly from the deposit itself. Under no circumstances will we accept the deposit as payment for the last month of the stay. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore, exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible before the booking.
