It is also fully equipped with its own Smart TV, Air Conditioning, Closets, queen size bed, etc. The house is in Eixample, in the very center of Barcelona (next to Plaza Universidad, just a few hundred metres from Plaza Cataluña, the Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia, etc). The house is really big and beautiful (many say it is the most beautiful house they have seen in Barcelona, and we are very proud of it). It is 172 square meters big, and has amazing common areas (big kitchen, a patio to read and rest, etc). It is all fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances including everything: microwave, oven, induction stove, toaster, fridge and freezer with enough space, washing machine and separate dryer machine too, etc... and of course all kitchen and cooking utensils ready to use. Plus, in addition, we also supply you with the bed linen, pillows, duvets, towels so you do not need to bring or buy your own during your stay in Barcelona! We also provide with complimentary drinking mineral water in the house (because the tap water in Barcelona is not ideal for drinking and most people buy the mineral water in supermarkets). The house has 3 other rooms, each has its own private bathroom as well and it's only for women to ensure full privacy.
