A beautiful, bright and spacious apartment on 2nd floor in an apartment building. Located in a family friendly street /neighbourhood in the capital city area. We have 2 bedrooms, master bedroom has Queen size bed ( 160x200 cm ) and also TV + Apple TV, second bedroom has bunk bed that has double bed below and single bed in the upper floor. We have big open space with kitchen and living room, our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need, the living area has sofa and Smart TV, large dining table with 6 chairs. Inside the bathroom we have washing machine and dryer. We have balcony where you can sit outside and drink the morning coffee and enjoy the view and catch the northern lights if you are lucky. The apartment is very well located, restaurants and Smáralind Shopping Mall is in walking distance and Reykjavik downtown is just a 12 min / 7km drive away. There is a children playground in the area....
