Description

Diese schöne Wohnung befindet sich in Köln Sülz direkt am Grüngürtel mit Blick ins Grüne. Unmittelbare Nähe zum Decksteiner Weiher und zum Beethoven Park. Die Endhaltestelle der Linie 9 und der Linie 146 sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Von dort aus kommt man optimal in die Stadt. Mit den Rad dauert es ca 15 min zur Uni und 20 Minuten zum Neumarkt. Ein Rewe, zwei Bäckereien, eine Apotheke und der Wochenmarkt sind 500m entfernt. Alle Nachbarn sind sehr angenehm. Auf dem Balkon ist eine Hängematte, die gerne genutzt werden soll. Außerdem ein kleiner Garten, der der Allgemeinheit gehört, jedoch von mir hergerichtet wurde und genutzt werden darf. Die Wohnung ist ab Anfang Februar bis Juli verfügbar. Im Notfall auch bis maximal 1. August. Aber da würde ich mit dir eine gemeinsame Lösung finden...
