Flat is in a quiet street with lots of chain and international stores, gyms and a park nearby. Unfurnished but comes with TV, fitted kitchen, large 3 double door wardrobe, kettle, coffee machine. There’s also a large cellar. This is filled with furniture at the moment which also can be used or removed. Building has a large new elevator to reach the flat. However the house door is a step access, so unfortunately the flat is not easy access for wheelchair users. Available immediately. Price is 475€ cold + 250 nebenkosten. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
