The area is safe, comfortable, and clean. The House is within walking distance from centre of the village, where there are supermarkets, pharmacies, general doctors, paediatricians, bakeries, butchers, a pharmacy. For kids/teens there are kindergarten, schools (elementary -, high-), playgrounds, a soccer field, a half pipe and a swimming bath. The neighbourhood is great and there are several families with kids from newborn to (almost) adult. Additionally, there are several mount(hidden)ike downhill trials. There is also public transport via bus, train, street cars and bike lanes into the city centre of Freiburg. At the house there is space for you to park your car, and there are 4 bikes available. The luxurious house is in an excellent condition and is fully furnished (furniture, kitchen utensils, towels, bedclothes...) and features 3 stories plus cellar, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus 1 extra toilet, a kitchen and one living/dining room, 1 office and 1 kids playroom, 1 terrace in the 2nd floor. In total these are ~306 sqm (or ~3000 sqfeet) of living space plus the extra cellar. There are also sofa beds. The house has a garden which features an another terrace and, best of all, an outdoor pool (3mx5m). The tenant may of course use the pool, but has to maintain it regularly. For kids there is a trampoline of 3m diameter in the garden...
