There is a fully stocked Rewe supermarket on the ground floor. Here you will find everything for your individual enjoyment needs, from a sushi counter, a fresh produce counter, a regional organic product range and a cozy bakery café. On the two floors above, rented apartments with arcades are lined up around a shared inner courtyard. Access to your penthouse apartment on the second floor can also be reached from the underground car park via an elevator. From there, our guests enter the adjacent living area - the heart of the apartment between the open, fully equipped kitchen with a small bar area and the spacious roof terrace. The living area has a large, stylish dining table for eight people and a cozy feel-good corner with a living/sleeping couch and 75" flat-screen SmartTV. The light-flooded bedroom with elegant Doussie parquet, air conditioning, a cozy 180 cm box spring bed and direct access to the protected wellness area on the terrace is accessed through a tasteful and spacious dressing and hairdressing area. From there you also enter the elegant marble shower bathroom with wellness shower and useful bathroom accessories. The private, south-facing terrace, partially covered with awnings and not visible, is divided into different feel-good zones.
