Description

This special place is very centric but at the same time peaceful and authentic as it is in a very quite street on the back of via dei bardi. Perfect place to fully enjoy the city and its attractions (monuments etc) and activities (events, courses etc) and cozy place to head back after a busy day. You will have a big bedroom and a private bathroom. You are most welcome to use the common space: living+small kitchen with fridge (located at the same floor of your room - see pictures). The room you will be renting is my apartment :), with my little (big) family we live here and we sleep on the same floor where your room is located. When we are at home we usually spend most of the time upstairs where we have a loft with kitchen - so I think - if you like - you will have plenty of privacy! If you like when we are at home you are welcome to come upstairs and enjoy a drink and a chat with us! :) PLEASE NOTE - HOUSE RULES We are in general very open and flexible, but please note that if you rent with us you will be staying in a family apartment - we will welcome you and respect your space and privacy - as much as possible :). We have small kids, they are very used to having people around and we like to have a relaxed and friendly environment. Ideally we would spontaneously interact with you :). You can off course go in and out day and night as you like but no parties are allowed in the apartment, no late noise...

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
