Parkettboden, Kaminofen (zusätzlich zur normalen Heizung, eher für die Gemütlichkeit). Garten und Terrasse. S-Bahn-Anschluss S3 (nach Stuttgart, zum Flughafen ohne Umsteigen oder Richtung Backnang) nur 600 m die Straße runter. Sehr gemütliches ruhiges Appartment, sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist im EG eines regional typischen Hauses mit Garten. Im 1. OG und DG freundliche, ruhige Mieter (Young Professionals). Parkplätze in der Strasse immer vorhanden, vor dem Haus auch (wer zuerst kommt....). Rauchen ist auf der Terrasse erlaubt. Unternehmen in der Nähe: Daimler, Bosch, Kärcher, Porsche, Harro Höfiger, Stihl,... Rasenmähen (ab Frühling, wenn das Gras wächst) wäre Sache des Mieters. Perfect for Singles or young couples. 1 Bedroom, 1 Living-Room with open Dining-Kitchen-Living room, very comfortable. 1 Bathroom with bathtub, WC. All rooms wooden floor. Terrace, garden. (Wooden terrace needs a little renovating, but very cosy. Way to garden possible to be outdoors even when it rains. Public S-Bahn-Transport S3 directly to Stuttgart, Airport, Backnang at the end of the street (600 m). Very quiet, complete and comfortably equipped. Flat is base/ground floor, roof and middle is long-term rented to a very quiet and friendly persons (Young Professionals). Parking in the street always possible, in front of the house as well (who comes first....). Smoking is allowed on the terrace, or outside the house. Companies near: Bosch, Kärcher, Porsche, Harro Höfiger, Stihl,... Gardening is to be done by renter (lawn mowing when necessary)...
