Parkplätze in der Strasse immer vorhanden, vor dem Haus auch (wer zuerst kommt....). Rauchen ist auf der Terrasse erlaubt. Unternehmen in der Nähe: Daimler, Bosch, Kärcher, Porsche, Harro Höfiger, Stihl,... Rasenmähen (ab Frühling, wenn das Gras wächst) wäre Sache des Mieters. Flat is base/ground floor, roof and middle is long-term rented to a very quiet and friendly persons (Young Professionals). Parking in the street always possible, in front of the house as well (who comes first....). Smoking is allowed on the terrace, or outside the house. Companies near: Bosch, Kärcher, Porsche, Harro Höfiger, Stihl,... Gardening is to be done by renter (lawn mowing when necessary)...
