This room is located within a generous 180-square-meter apartment offering a total of seven bedrooms, ensuring a vibrant and communal living environment. The apartment includes three bathrooms to minimize wait times during your daily routines. Situated on the second floor with the convenience of an elevator, accessibility is hassle-free. The apartment is centrally located in the downtown area, granting you easy access to the city's lively atmosphere and urban amenities. Fortnightly cleaning of common areas and utilities up to 50€ are included in the rental price. Please note that bookings are done by semesters of 5 months: from September to January or from February to June. If the semester has already started the minimum stay could shorter. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
