Welcome to a cozy 8-square-meter room featuring a comfortable 135cm bed, wardrobe, and a dedicated desk. This room is part of a 100-square-meter apartment with a total of five bedrooms. The apartment also features a combined kitchen and dining area, creating a space for relaxation and social interaction. With one shared bathroom, you'll find convenience in your daily routines. Situated on the sixth floor with the added convenience of an elevator, accessibility is easy. The apartment is ideally located in the downtown area, allowing you to explore the city's bustling scene and vibrant atmosphere. Fortnightly cleaning of common areas and utilities up to 50€ are included in the rental price. Please note that bookings are done by semesters of 5 months: from September to January or from February to June. If the semester has already started the minimum stay could shorter. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
