Welcome to a comfortable 10m2 room featuring a large 135cm bed, a large vintage wardrobe and a desk. This room is situated within a spacious 120-square-meter apartment, which offers a dynamic and inviting living experience. The apartment comprises a total of six bedrooms, providing a diverse mix of roommates and opportunities for socializing. It includes a well-appointed kitchen where you can prepare meals and enjoy shared culinary experiences. A small balcony next to the kitchen offers an additional area for relaxation or social gatherings. There are two bathrooms in the apartment. The apartment is located on the 6th flood in a building with an elevator. The neighborhood in the bustling downtown area, providing easy access to the city's vibrant scene, cultural offerings, and local attractions. Fortnightly cleaning of common areas and utilities up to 50€ are included in the rental price. Please note that bookings are done by semesters of 5 months: from September to January or from February to June. If the semester has already started the minimum stay could shorter. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
