Two bathrooms within the apartment ensure that your daily routines run smoothly, minimizing wait times and providing additional convenience. Located on the first floor, this apartment is easily accessible, and it's positioned in a central area, offering a prime location for exploring the heart of the city. Fortnightly cleaning of common areas and utilities up to 50€ are included in the rental price. Please note that bookings are done by semesters of 5 months: from September to January or from February to June. If the semester has already started the minimum stay could shorter.
