Welcome to a spacious 5.5-square-meter room with a comfortable 90cm bed, wardrobe, and desk. This room is part of a 120-square-meter apartment featuring five bedrooms and a shared living room. The apartment is equipped with two bathrooms, ensuring convenience and minimizing wait times during your daily routines. Located on the first floor with the added convenience of an elevator. The apartment is situated in a university area, making it ideal for students, academics, and anyone looking to immerse themselves in the academic community. Fortnightly cleaning of common areas and utilities up to 50€ are included in the rental price. Please note that bookings are done by semesters of 5 months: from September to January or from February to June. If the semester has already started the minimum stay could shorter. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
