There are two bathrooms in the apartment. Located on the seventh floor with the added convenience of an elevator.. The apartment is situated in a university area, ensuring easy access to educational institutions and a vibrant academic community. It's a prime location for students, academics, and anyone looking to immerse themselves in the university environment. Fortnightly cleaning of common areas and utilities up to 50€ are included in the rental price. Please note that bookings are done by semesters of 5 months: from September to January or from February to June. If the semester has already started the minimum stay could shorter.
