It features a large and liveable kitchen, and a very bright and spacious living room, with a double sofa bed and a large dining table. The bathroom is provided with both a shower and a bathtub. There is also a walk-in closet in the bedroom. The area is served by various means of transport, as well as the metro stop Loreto and Caiazzo. RENTAL CONDITION: - One-time agency fee: it covers the registration of the contract and all the bureaucratic practices related to that - The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more.
