The Peyrou garden area is a royal square. It is the garden of the Montpellierrains. Facing the Arc de Triomphe, the Promenade du Peyrou is the highest square in Montpellier. On Sundays, it's a flea market! The arches are just a stone's throw away. It's a great place to shop with local producers. The city can be reached on foot or by bike.
