The shared kitchen is fully equipped, simplifying meal preparation and providing opportunities for shared dining experiences. Two bathrooms in the apartment ensure convenience. Located on the fourth floor with the added convenience of an elevator, accessibility is a breeze. The apartment is situated in a university area, ensuring easy access to educational institutions and a vibrant academic community. It's a prime location for students, academics, and those looking to engage with the university environment. Fortnightly cleaning of common areas and utilities up to 50€ are included in the rental price. Please note that bookings are done by semesters of 5 months: from September to January or from February to June. If the semester has already started the minimum stay could shorter.
