The apartment features a welcoming terrace, perfect for soaking in the fresh air and enjoying outdoor moments. The communal kitchen and open living room area are shared spaces where you can prepare meals, socialize with your roommates, or simply relax. The apartment is equipped with three bathrooms. Located on the first floor with the added convenience of an elevator, accessibility is a breeze. The apartment's position in a university area ensures that you're well-connected to educational institutions, making it a convenient choice for students and academics. Fortnightly cleaning of common areas and utilities up to 50€ are included in the rental price. Please note that bookings are done by semesters of 5 months: from September to January or from February to June. If the semester has already started the minimum stay could shorter.
