It is very well connected, pretty much to everything, as there are metro, tram and bus stations in walking distance. Attractions such as Acropolis is 2 metro stations away, while Monastiraki is 4 metro stations. Being on the first floor of a two-story authentic Athenian building, our home is quiet, so it is perfect for guests who wish to work from distance, Erasmus students or families who visit Athens for a longer period. It is basically plug-and-play! It is fully furnished, it has a spacious hall, two independent bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, fully-equipped kitchen, two balconies and a private back terrace. How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.

Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
