There are supermarket, pharmacies and restaurants nearby in Reinprechtsdorferstraße. In total there are 2 bedrooms. All rooms are furnished and the flat is fully equipped (washingmachine, WIFI, kitchen). The room cost is EUR 380,-. I need to ask for a 2 month deposit, which you will get back in the end if everything is fine. No pets. No Smoking Please note: Moving out of this room is only possible at the end of the months of August, September or February. The rental contract will be limited to three years, but a cancellation for your desired booking period will have to be signed together with the contract during the booking process.
