C. 30sqm with sofa-bed, table and small walk-in closet. Small kitchen equipped with dishes/pans, microwave, fridge, induction hob and coffee machine. NO airconditioning and oven (fan will be provided) Note that there is a common entrance with another apartment which fits a shared washing machine and a big wardrobe to store baggages/jackets (to be shared only with another person). The studio is in a limited traffic area and there is no possibilty to park the car. First floor with elevator. Price includes all bills (electricity, heating, wifi, waste)...

If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
