hey. my flatmates are moving out and I have two free rooms in a three bed flat in Belsize Park/Swiss Cottage. I’m looking for 2 student girls to take over from now till June or possibly next October. The price for the big room is £1200 and the small one £1100 (is a single now but could be installed a small double bed). Both rooms share a bathroom (I have my own) and we all share kitchen, one balcony and living room. The flat is 5 mins from Swiss Cottage tube, 10 from Finchley Rd, 10 from Belsize Park, 15 from overground (South Hampstead or Finchley Road and Frognal) and has Tesco, M&S, Aldi, Sainsbury’s and Homebase within walking distance. Also 15 mins away from Hampstead Heath. I am in my third year (Ucl) working on my fellowship and dissertation and am just looking for someone calm and clean but also down for a glass of wine, movies in or a night out. I tend to have friends for dinner sometimes and my female cousin overnight but I don’t generally mean to make others feels uncomfortable so no loud parties and no guests coming and going constantly. The urgency is finding someone for the smaller room. But any inquiries are defo welcome...
