Clean and fully equipped with everything necessary to have a comfortable stay, such as double glazing windows, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen 32" TV, fridge, oven, kettle, coffee maker, microwave oven, iron, and ironing board and a comfortable outside sitting area at the balcony. Another plus is the private underground parking space which is available for our guests within the building premises. It is a spacious apartment (40 sqm), very close to the heart of Athens, also Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, and all popular sightseeing areas. It's only 10 mins away from the nearest metro station, and 5 min away from bus and tram stations, with many buses passing by in all directions. Last but not least, the main square of Kallithea is only 5 mins away. It is also located minutes away from the local market where you can find everything you might need (laundry shop, supermarket, grocery shop, etc.) as well as the local bars and restaurants that have made this area so popular with travellers and locals alike. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct. 2). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
