Absolutely new very cozy flat with modern equipment. The flat was furnitured by designer. The whole area is very new. It is very very close to Munich but also to Starnberg. It has shopping area with ReWe and Aldi near by and underground parking. Wonderful place to be. 270m2 Garden is a big advantage. You can work, eat or just enjoy the garden any time of the day. It has many beautiful plants and flowers and lovely dining area with bbq. The furniture Outside in the garden is the best from the strong teak wood. 🌺😍. Floor heating, wash machine is Miele. Very very comfortable bed 🛌 in the sleeping room. Big highlight of the apartment are 6 huge closets 👍🏼. A lot of storage for everything you need. Looking forward to rent it to you...
