Our apartment is very well located, with supermarkets, bars/cafes, basketball courts and the Montolivet station of the tram 10, all within a block of distance. We are also a five-minute walk from Ruzafa and Cánovas, two neighborhoods that offer an excellent gastronomic offer and nightlife, as well as a five-minute walk from the leafy gardens of the Túria park (the river) with all its sports and of relaxing. The apartment is serene and tastefully decorated, has fast internet, a shared living room with a large TV and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet.
