It's the perfect choice for elegant excursions in the city. The apartment comprises three spacious bedrooms, each with two bathrooms. All of these rooms are positioned to overlook a tranquil garden, ensuring a peaceful environment free from disturbances. The bedrooms can be arranged with either double beds or two single beds, accommodating your preferences. Additionally, there are two well-appointed bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub, and one of them is an en-suite bathroom. The apartment boasts a generously sized living room, providing ample space for relaxation and socializing. In addition to this, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen for your culinary needs. For your convenience, please take note of the following: An arrival fee may be applicable if you check in after the following hours: After 8 pm: €30 Between 10 pm and midnight: €40 Between midnight and 7 am: €50 If your arrival is delayed by more than 1 hour beyond the agreed-upon time without prior notice, there will be a penalty of €20. We kindly request that you inform us promptly if you anticipate any delays. Bills are included up to 200€. Deposit is one month's rent. Cleaning fee is required at move-out. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
