The apartment has fast Wi-Fi and is renovated to a modern standard with lots of contemporary touches and stylish furniture. The living room also has a smart TV and a sofa bed meaning we can accommodate an additional 2 guests. The apartment provides a perfect place to stay on a longer-term basis in the heart of west London. The two spacious bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the apartment, each has plenty of light and is equipped with fitted wardrobes and comfortable beds and bedding. On the downstairs, you have the main living area and open plan kitchen/dining table. The kitchen is well equipped in order to cook substantial meals and features a dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer. The living room has a smart TV as well as a comfortable sofa that can be used as a sofa bed. There is a glass dining table which can also be used for working from home. The bathroom features a shower/bath, toilet & sink. Located centrally in the Hammersmith and Fulham borough, just a short walk from local restaurants and cafes and a 2-minute walk from Goldhawk Road station. A 12-minute walk to Westfields, one of London's most popular shopping centers where you can spend your day roaming through the shopping center and enjoying all the pubs, restaurants, and shops along the way. Enjoy the lovely town center of Hammersmith which is a short 15-minute walk where you can enjoy a beautiful stroll along the river Thames where an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, and pubs are located. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
