💢💢💢 Our rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, wardrobes, individual lockers and desks for studying. We are located in an area with easy access to schools and universities, only a 3-minute walk to the underground and a bus stop in front of the building. We offer a common room for socializing with games, a cafeteria equipped with microwave, kettle and refrigerators, a study room with reading space and computers, terraces and outdoor areas, and laundry facilities, among other amenities. We have a laundry service (not included in the price, you can buy a token to use it); we also have a room cleaning service that will clean the students' rooms every 7 days (included in the price), water, electricity and heating/air conditioning are included in the price. A security deposit of 100 euros in cash for bookings of 30 days or more. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay if no damage to the property or infringements of the rules of coexistence are found.
