A due minuti a piedi ci sono due piccoli supermercati, e a 15 minuti a piedi c'è un grande supermercato. La stazione di Firenze Campo Marte è a due passi (1min) e ci sono molti treni per arrivare in centro.(5 min di treno).La camera è di ca.10mq, fornita di letto, armadio, scrivania, un mobiletto e il frigo e un fornelletto elettrico: non manca niente!!! In casa c'è una signora,infermiera, di 70 anni molto sveglia, simpatica e giovanile, che parla molte lingue. Il bagno è condiviso e anche la cucina si può vivere in condivisione! C'è un giardino molto piacevole da viverre nelle stagioni buone e dove è permesso fumare. Nelle parti comuni, ingresso e cucina, sono presenti le telecamere. La padrona di casa, un'insegnante di 50 anni dorme lì un giorno a settimana e a volte nel weekend. La situazione è molto tranquilla, per chi vuole lavorare o studiare seriamente.
