The apartment features an inviting eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, and microwave oven. There's a cozy living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, as well as two spacious double bedrooms and one triple bedroom, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for your group. Additionally, two well-appointed bathrooms with showers add to the convenience. For those who enjoy al fresco dining, two charming terraces provide the perfect outdoor spaces. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi for your comfort and convenience. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels). + At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee.
