Le Margherite is a recently refurbished apartment situated in the Isolotto district of Florence. The historic center is easily accessible, just a 15-minute tram or bus ride away, with stops located approximately 500 meters from the apartment. You'll also find a variety of shops in close proximity. This apartment, located on the tranquil third floor of a building without an elevator, offers a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, and kettle. Additionally, there's a generously sized double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, as well as a private terrace. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. + The house is provided without bed linen and towels. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels). + At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee.
