IMPORTANT INFORMATION 3. LOCATION - Small studio at street level, a few hundred meters from Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, and Vatican City. - Accommodates up to 2 people but recommended for 1 person. - The kitchen facilities and sleeping arrangements are as shown in the pictures. If booking for 2 people, the overlapping mattresses will be separated. 4. BOOKING PROCESS - If booking for 2 people, it's mandatory to mention it in your booking request. We will discuss further details, and additional costs may apply. - Applicants are required to introduce themselves at the time of booking. Please state your source of income if booking for several months. - It's not possible to establish residency in this studio. 5.PAYMENT - Initial payment for the first month's rent is made via HA. Subsequent payments will be made directly to the owner. - All amenities such as bars, restaurants, laundry facilities, and public transport are within walking distance. - A laundry facility is located around the corner, and each month you will receive a €25 voucher included in your rent. - Your deposit will be returned via bank transfer after departure and inspection of the studio. 6.SHORT TERM RENT - Short-term rentals are possible at different rates, ranging from €80 to €100 per day. Please inquire for more details. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Electricity fee (€75 per month) and other building costs (€100) are paid at check-in and at the beginning of each rental month. - The electricity fee is an advance payment. Due to recent increases in energy costs, a flat rate cannot be established. We will read the electricity meter together at check-in, and you will have an allowance of 150 kWh per month included in the fee. Any excess consumption will be charged at €0.50 per kWh. - Cleaning fee (€40) for fresh sheets/towels is a one-time payment at check-in. - A €500 deposit ensures the proper use of the apartment's furniture. It will be fully refunded at check-out....

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
