Die Studenten Residenz Salzachgässchen 4“ ist energieautark und CO2 neutral. Ein eigenes Wasserkraftwerk bewerkstelligt die Stromversorgung für Haushalt, Warmwasser und Heizung. Alle Einheiten sind möbliert und verfügen über gratis Lan. Der eigene Garten direkt an der Salzach sowie ein Fitnessstudio im Schwesternhaus DieWG dürfen mit genutzt werden. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen den Mietern gegen Gebühr zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Unsere Studenten Residenz Salzachgässchen 4 ist 100% rauchfrei. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. The historic town house from the 19th century has been partially renovated and is located in the district of Mülln, within walking distance of Salzburg's Old Town. The Student Residence Salzachgässchen 4 is energy self-sufficient and CO2 neutral. Our own hydroelectric power station manages the electric power supply for household, hot water and heating. All units are furnished and have free Lan internet. Tenants have acess to the house-own garden directly on the Salzach river as well as the fitness studio at the affiliated residence, DieWG. Coin-operated washing machines and dryer are available for shared use. Our Student Residence Salzachgässchen 4 is 100% non-smoking. Pets are not allowed....

Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
