The home is large and comfortable and centrally located to several pools and spas, Pickleball, Tennis, and Gym in the community. A very short drive or walk to festivals at Empire Polo Fields! The community Includes many activities for the family and if you need a snack or meal you can always visit the restaurant in our country club for lunch/dinner or Happy Hour! We have plenty of Community Amenities including a Renowned Golf course, Swimming Pools, spas, Pickleball courts, Tennis Courts, a restaurant, a hotel & a Gym. The pool table and board games in the home make for a fun night in! All three bedrooms contain a queen bed. The comfortable living room couches allow for your whole group to relax. There are smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. The living room and all bedrooms contain a ceiling fan and all bedrooms have a closet. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a pantry, a regular coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and anything you need to cook an amazing meal. The eat-up bar in the kitchen has 3 barstools to enjoy your meal. Our separate dining area holds a table and chairs for 6. The backyard has a dining table, with 2 chairs and a bench to seat 4 outdoors for scenic dining while gazing at the golf course. Ubereats, Postmates, or any other food delivery service is more than welcome to enter the gated community for you. For access to the LifeStyle center please reach out prior to your stay that way we can make sure you are set up for the guest pass. Overnight parking on the street is not allowed, and doing so may result in a possible tow or ticket. If the propane tank to the grill gets empty please reach out and we can send someone to refill the tank for you. Quiet hours in the community start at 10 p.m. and end at 6 a.m. Indio, California, United States The home is located in the gated community of Indian Palms Country Club and security patrols the neighborhood 24/7. Close to many attractions such as Coachella Festival, Stagecoach, Desert Trip, Palm Springs, Indian Wells Tennis tournament, Old Town La Quinta, Joshua Tree National Park, El Paseo, and more! The neighborhood features a 27-hole championship golf course and a clubhouse for food and drinks. It also has Tennis Courts, Bocce ball courts, and a gym. If you would like access to these amenities, please reach out prior to your stay that way we can get you set up. When entering the community, you must enter the front gate on Monroe Street @ Indian Palms County Club. To exit, you can use the closest gate on Jackson, or the front @ Monroe Street. Ubers/Lyfts are more than welcome to enter the gate for either rides or food delivery. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
