The apartment is available for sublet from 10.10.2023 to 30.06.2024 with registration paper. There might be possibility of extension. The apartment is fully furnished with all new electronics included. It is on the second floor. There is a lift and many street car parking space available. The apartment also offers 24X7 access of Gym and Sauna. To use the Sauna, the visiting list needs to be filled in advance to enjoy complete privacy. It has a large balcony. There is a garden available in the backside along with the Grill Place which can be used on Sunny days. Public transportation stop is easily reached with feet no longer than 10 minutes. U5 station is 7-8 minutes away with Public Transportation. Supermarket is very near to reach by walking. Internet, Electricity* and Heating* is included in the final rent. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
